WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchase Requirements:

  • Minimum amounts are indicated on each product and must be obeyed, but these are not increments. If the minimum order requirement is 4, you may order 5.

Payment Acceptance:

  • All major credit cards are processed through Square. Paypal is also accepted.

How to Order:

  • Order online: create an account at blackbosk.com to order directly from my website. Wholesale status must be assigned to your account before you can see wholesale prices, so please inform me. Reseller number is required.
  • Order by email: fill out and add the included order form as an attachment to your email and send to: blackboskdesign@gmail.com.

Lead Times:

  • Expect 2 business days until shipment per every minimum order, regardless of the quantity. For example, if the minimum order is 4 and you order 9, expect 6 business days for that product.
  • Lead times are subject to change. You will be notified if the lead time changes.

Order Cut-Off Date:

  • No order cut-off. Orders are accepted year-round but this linesheet is subject to expiration. See Expiration section.

Shipping Policy:

  • Buyer pays shipping costs for orders up to $299, after which BLACK BOSK will cover shipping – USA orders only.
  • Shipping covered by BLACK BOSK is done through USPS standard mail.
  • Buyer pays for any expedited shipping costs.
  • International buyers pay shipping costs.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted for goods found damaged upon delivery. The buyer has 3 days after receipt to notify BLACK BOSK of the damage, including photos and description of the damaged goods.
  • Returns are accepted for any non-custom orders for up to 30 days after receipt. After 30 days, store credit will be issued.
  • Returns cannot be accepted for used goods.
  • Buyer will pay shipping cost for all returns.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  • Cancellations, including custom orders, are on a next-day basis only unless buyer has been notified of a lead time change.
  • If the lead time has changed, the buyer has one business day after notification to cancel or amend the order.
  • Amendments to orders must be done no later than one day after original order date.
  • Adding additional items to an order can be done up to 2 days before the original order is supposed to ship. See Lead Times section.

Custom Orders Policy:

  • Orders which include customizations, such as custom engravings, custom tooling, and custom embroidery are only available at wholesale prices for retailers.

Warranty:

  • BLACK BOSK LEATHER products are covered under a lifetime warranty. 
  • BLACK BOSK FIBER products are covered under 10 year limited warranty.
  • Should the product fail through normal use, it can be sent back for repairs. Repairs consist of replacement of hardware, re-stitching, and replacement of wood frame.

Special Offers:

  • New wholesale customers can enjoy a minimum order quantity adjustment at 50% for MOQs greater than 1.
  • Custom Engraved orders are charged at the Custom Engraved rate for the first minimum quantity. Custom Engraved orders exceeding the minimum quantity will be charged at the Engraved rate, provided the custom engravings are duplicated.

Non-Retailer Pricing Schedule:

  • Businesses and individuals may take advantage of a reduced pricing schedule if ordering sufficient quantities.
    • 1 – 10 items = Full retail price
    • 11 – 20 items = 10% off these ten items
    • 20 or more = 20% off the remaining order

Expiration:

  • All linesheets available currently expire on June 30, 2019. Orders made from these documents after the expiration date are not valid. Contact BLACK BOSK for an updated version or visit our linesheets page.
